  • Data Controller: The natural or legal person who determines the purposes and means of processing personal data and is responsible for the establishment and management of the data recording system.
  • Data Subject: The natural person whose personal data is processed.

Parties to Whom Processed Personal Data May Be Transferred

The processed personal data may be transferred to internal departments, regulatory authorities, business partners, suppliers, and other domestic or international third parties in line with the purposes stated above.

Rights of the Data Subject

  • To request information if personal data have been processed,
  • To learn the purpose of processing and whether they are used in accordance with their purpose,
  • To learn whether personal data are transferred domestically or abroad,
  • To request the correction of incomplete or inaccurate data,
  • To request the deletion or destruction of personal data processed in compliance with the law,
  • To request notification of third parties to whom the data have been transferred regarding corrections or deletions,
  • To object to the occurrence of a result against the person through the analysis of processed data by automated systems,
  • To demand compensation for damages in case of unlawful processing of personal data.

The Data Controller will respond as soon as possible and no later than 30 days. Applications are free of charge; however, if the process requires additional costs, a fee may be charged according to the tariff determined by the Data Controller.

Consent of the Data Subject and Changes

By reading this Clarification Text and providing their personal data to the Company, the Data Subject declares and accepts that they give explicit consent to the processing of such data. If the terms in this Clarification Text are changed, the amendments shall take effect as of the date of their publication by the Company.
